HELP with Lumia 635 WP 8.1

Hi, guys.

I need help. I just bought a WP 8.1 and I installed the Spotify app, I can see all the menus and everything but when I click on a playlist starts a loading screen and then says that the connections is not working properly, but everything is ok with my connection.

I already try to unistall and install again but didnt work..

Anyone knows how I can fix it, please? It takes me 1 hour to go my work, without Spotify seems like a life time!

Hi,

I had a very similar problem.  I had some songs in my playlists that were no longer available on spotify.  After deleting them it was working OK again.

Unfortunately I didn't know where those songs or artists were located, so I had my account restarted by spotify :-(, lost my playlists, like albums, etc...... but it helped.
