HEOS skips first seconds of track

When I start playing on HEOS, there is always a little delay and when I actually get sound through HEOS, it is already 4-5 seconds in the song. This usually happens only on the first song.

However sometimes (particularly when using shuffle) a song can be completely silent, and you start hearing music again when it gets to the next song.

I have an excellent internet connection at home, and this problem is noticeable when using Spotify from any device (Mac, PC, Android, iPad), even if it sometimes seems worse when using Spotify from a PC.
