My Question or Issue

I have the Harmon kardon Allure alexa enabled speaker and cannot get it to play spotify using voice commands.

It will recognise the command and say ok resuming spotify but never plays music.

Sometimes it responds with "No connection available"

Most of the time i can play music by casting it from spotify on my phone but that defeats the purpose of it being alexa enabled.

It also does not always show up in enabled devices when using the mobile app.
