Headphones and bluetooth not working

Headphones will not work with Spotify app. BB Music and other apps no problem

Bluetooth for car stereo will not work with Spotify app. BB Music and other apps. no problem

These problems started some weeks ago. It always used to work.  Very annoying! Any advice?

Have you updated teh Spotify app recently? Or updated any other app? Spotify doesn't actually support Bluetooth streaming, and it doesn't on any platform.

However, earphones should work. Have you tried a reinstall?
