Help: Chromebook,free account, my music issues, New user

Help: Chromebook,free account, my music issues, New user

All of the tracks in 'My Music' are have dissapeared. They are still flagged as in my music when any of them come up in a search. I've opened and closed spotify many times. Never logged in or out. Why would all of my tracks suddenly dissapear? Anyway to Retrieve them? Instruction on preventing and resolving these issues, if any for future refrence if applicable. Please, and Thank You.

You aren't the only one reporting issues, I'm trying to collect details at the minute to pass over to Spotify but hopefully they are already aware.
