Help - country settings

I am half German/half American and am now living in the USA. Is there anyway I can access the German spotify even with my US ip address?

Hey there!

It depends on your Spotify account's country settings. If you're on Premium service and is paying with your German card, then your account will be in German and you can access catalogues for Germany 🙂

Unfortunately, I have american banking information. Is there anyway I can potentially change my country settings?

I'm afraid there's not 😞

If you're paying for Premium service with your U.S. card, your Spotify account will stay registered in the U.S.

The only way to switch your account over to Germany is to pay with a German payment card.
