Help deactivating an account

I deactivated the facebook account linked to a certain email address and I've been trying to delete the Spotify account linked to that email address to use it for another account I primarily use now, but to log in again to that account to deactivate it I have to reactivate the facebook account but I've forgotten all the details associated with that account so I don't know what to do to be able to remove that email address so it would be available to use for my main Spotify account

You should contact customer support through this link:


They'll help you migrate your Premium privileges (if you have them), library, playlists, friends, etc. to this new account.

They take, at the most, 24-48 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.


If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from a no-reply address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
