How can I fix Alexa not being able to find songs on Spotify?

How can I fix Alexa not being able to find songs on Spotify?

My Spotify connection with my Amazon devices used to work perfectly fine. Then I woke up to a song that was not identified in my routine one morning. It was the same title but the wrong artist. Anytime I ask for that song by the correct artist, Alexa plays this other song. For other songs, Alexa simply says she cannot find the song. I have unlinked and relinked the accounts. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the apps. I've restarted every Alexa speaker in my home and my phone. None of these suggestions that I've found make any difference. I'm incredibly frustrated as it seems like more and more of my favorite songs are unable to be found when they're definitely on Spotify.

Nope. I have a US Amazon account, and my country/region is set to the US. That solution is not applicable. I had already seen that solution, and it does not relate to my issue. I wish it did!

Hey there @aymeemarie,

Thanks for the post.

Could you send us links to the songs which appear to have one Title/ Artist, but are the wrong songs? We've seen this in the past with certain artists and would like to report it.

Looking forward to your reply.
