How do I delete one song from a Playlist in Wondows Phone 8.1?

Solved!

How do I delete one song from a Playlist in Wondows Phone 8.1?

If I recall correctly, in previous versions of Spotify for Windows Phone (and Android for that matter), I could remove a song from a play list. Now I can't find how to do that.

Was this feature removed? If not, how do I remove a song from a play list?

You see the three dots at the top right of a playlist?

Press that and there should be an edit option:

Thanks for replying.

But on mine, Windows Phone, those three dots don't have an "edit." Instead, it has four options, something like, "pin to start," "create radio," "make public," and something else.

@HPGuru. Long press worked! Thanks much.

Hold on guys.

Upon closer inspection, I see @HPGuru's solution only works when selecting a song from a play list, but not when selecting the currently playing song, which is what I want to do.

One of my lists is 1000 songs long, I don't know how to find to conveniently (if at all) find an individual song to delete in the manner he proposed.

I'm almost certain that in an earlier version I could remove the currently playing song from the playlist. Now, I can't!!!

Anyone?

I don't think this is possible, at least not in the current version.

This has never been a feature of the iOS and Android apps either.

I suggest you give this idea a kudo:

You might be right. Maybe "deleting" never existed in the manner I'm seeking.

But, we could "un-Star," which was another way I probably eliminated tracks from my "starred" playlist.

I gather starring and un-starring is gone now, correct?

Starred option is replaced with Add to collection option. However you still can see and use Starred list.

If you find this list useless, please vote for my idea https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Ideas/Remove-Starred-playlist-not-useful-anymore/idi-p/7201... - thanks!!!
