How do I proffer a suggestion 4 your development team w/ an ongoing issue?

I'm no programming guru or coding expert, I just wanted to suggest looking within the automix coding and/or programming associated with the automix once it's turned off, perhaps there's no end sequence or break order for the issue of those people that are having same songs play in a loop for seemingly no reason, like myself, out of a playlist of over a 1,000, only 5 songs are playing on a loop, then in a playlist of only 2-300 songs, about 40 to 60 of them are playing on the same loop, forwarding or going backwards doesn't break the cycle, only selecting a song outside of that looped error will break it, BUT the looped songs are always adjacent to each other.
