How do I skip songs without Spotify thinking I dislike them?

 I just learned that Spotify thinks you don't like a song when you skip it!? Maybe I'm just weird, but the only songs I skip in my playlists are the ones I like the most. If you listen to a song too much then it becomes repetitive, you get used to it and it falls out of favour, so I save my absolute favourite songs for occasional listening only by skipping them and letting the other songs take the fall to repetitiveness. Thus Spotify is apparently thinking that my favourite songs are the ones I don't like! How can I fix this?
