How to delete a playlist definitely?

Hi, I have deleted a few playlists and then I discovered that you can restore them via webpage, I get that. But my question is if there is a way to delete them definitely? I mean, to delete'em even from the webpage.

The thing is that even when I can't see them on the app, I don't like to know that there are many playlists that can be recovered in the webpage. Do I have to contact Spotify directly and ask them to delete them? or can I do that?

Welcome to the Community! 

It's not possible to permanently delete a playlist in the way you mentioned, but after some time, the files of a playlist that was previously deleted and can be recovered will be gone forever.

Alternatively, you can delete all of the tracks from inside a playlist then delete the playlist and it will be completely useless to anyone else then.
