How to report songs playing wrong track or skipping

I have a few songs that are in playlists that do not actually play the listed track. Example: Beastie Boys (artist), Licensed to Ill (album), Paul Revere (track/song), does not play that song, instead it's some other random song by another artist (I am not sure who)

Also have some that skip constantly (will play a couple seconds of the song, then skip several seconds of the song & play a few seconds, then skip several seconds, etc)

Example, Beastie Boys (artist), Licensed to Ill (album), Girls (track/song)

I have not found a way in the Windows PC app to report such issues. How can I go about reporting issues like that?
