I just have one question now that Spotify is offering Hulu upon signing up for does this mean if I’ve already been a premium user for a few years now do I also get Hulu?

Hulu is not automatically included in Premium. It will be billed as a joint subscription if you decide to bundle them for the ongoing rate of $12.99 monthly.
