I am listening a chinese song but spotify doesn't show me lyrics or song's name, instead it shows them as blank (no writing)

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

Just to check, are you able to see lyrics for other songs in the app, and is it just missing for this specific one? If so, keep in mind that lyrics might not be available on all songs. New lyrics are added every day, however, so you may find those added in the future.

On another note, you should still be able to see the song title. It's worth clearing stored cache from the app to see if you notice any difference, as well as logging out from the app/logging back in again. These steps should resync your account info. 

Should the title still not appear, it would be great if you could send us a few more details on what's happening from your end. For example, does this occur in the Now Playing View or in another section of the app? A link to the song in question would also be helpful, so we can have a closer look too.
