I was for vacation in america and i buyed a giftcard. Now i‘m back in germany and ita not avaibal at my country. So what should i do now?

Currently, as you can see here, your account’s country or region settings need to match where the gift card was purchased.

But you could get in touch with the Spotify staff, and they might help you with that.
