I can't create new playlists

My Question or Issue

Hi, Since today I can't create new playlists. It happens in the mac desktop app, browsing from the web in safari and firefox and from my android device.

The playlist is created for a few seconds and then it dissappear.

If anyone know what's the solution I'll appreciate it a lot becuase now I can't use that basic (and very needed) option.

There's a limit of 10.000 items on most sections in Your Library. Is it possible that you have too many playlists?
