I can't listen dowloaded music in airplane mode

For some time I have not been able to access downloaded titles in airplane mode. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it doesn't work.

Could you let us know if you have downloaded your content by following the steps here? Also, have you switched Offline mode on before trying to listen to your downloaded content offline? 

If so, could you let us know what exactly happens when you try listening to your content in airplane mode? Also, does this happen across devices or only on a specific one?
