I can't open Spotify on my PS4 (Error: E-80E80400)

 Hello there!

So, my problem is:

Whenever I try to open the Spotify app on my PS4, it just comes up with an error code ( Error E-80E80400)

I tried to re-install it, but that didn't help.

I even un-linked and then re-linked my account, but that didn't work either.

Can somebody please help me out?

Sorry to hear you're having troubles with logging in. We'll be glad to help out though.

How long has this been going on for? Does the issue persist after resetting your network router? 

Also, do you have any trouble logging in and using the app with Connect?
