I have deactivated my premium subscription three times now and I’ve still been charged every month for the last four months. I want a refund

I have had no luck can you please just give me my refund i’m a single mother of three who is already struggling that $40 could’ve done a lot for us this last month

First we'd like to suggest that check out this article to make sure that you don't have multiple accounts.
