I cant connect to spotify through ps4

hi im having problems with my spotify account through PS4 and everytime i log it says "log in failed due to Spotify is only aloud abroad for 14 days but i haven't been abroad recently its i think its something to do with the ps4 because i have tried it  on a laptop and a tablet and both work fine its just on the ps4 and i have read solutions to fix it manually but i cant because as soon as i open the app (on PS4) it says the same message this started to happen about a month ago so i left it thinking in time it would sort itself out but it obviously haven't so i would appreciate it if you would sort it out for me thanks here are my details:username: ieuanmorris26password: Liverpool26really appreciatedthanks.
