Hi,
In order to see another user's activity, they need to have this toggle enabled in their Spotify settings.
To enable the Friend Activity panel, open your Spotify window context menu, and go to View > Friend Activity
If both of these steps have been completed, you could try signing out and into Spotify twice. This will force a resync of data.
