I did a guest on another artist song and now appears on my profile

Hi! I am an artist an I was featured on another artist song, but the song appeared to be on my spotify page like it was written by me (and not as a guest artist)
So I tried to tell Spotify that 'another's artist music was listed on my profile' and Spotify created 2 different pages for my artist name 😞
I just want it on my profile but listed under 'also appears in'
