Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? If you don't see the payment there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end yet.
On another note, by saying that your liked songs are gone you got us thinking that you might be logged into another account. Can you please double check that? In order to do it so, go ahead and view your plan and payments on the account page, under Your plan. You should see Premium there. If that's not what you're seeing there, you might have 2 accounts with us. We'd recommend to take a look at this page to see what you can do to locate your second account.
