I have been trying to watch a podcast(JRE) but only the audio plays any sol

I have been trying to watch a podcast(JRE) but only the audio plays and I see no option for video. I have done a clean reinstall and check all settings and set them to what they are suppose to be for video and still nothing has changed. What do I try now?

Can you let us know what device you're using:

  • Device model + OS version
  • Spotify app version

Also, let us know if you're downloading the podcast or watching it while online.
