I have premium, but I can’t stop the song shuffling on the app

The wiggly crosses which normally stop, the shuffling, don’t make any difference, whether they green or white It still shuffles

What device does this occur with? Could you check if everything looks good on another device or on the Web Player?

If you haven't already, try logging out (from the app's settings > log out) and signing back in to your account twice in a row - this triggers an internal refresh of the app that may help here. It's also worth performing a clean reinstall of the app.

Should the issue persist, please share a short screen recording which captures the app's behavior in action, along with the exact version of Spotify you're running - that way we can get a clear idea of what's happening on your end.
