I have premium but spotify web saying it's not available in my country

This used to work, but all of a sudden it's not, the app on my phone works fine.

Is this on a song or the entire account?

On the entire account, I can't get to the player, just a homepage that has this:

"Spotify is currently not available in your country."

Hmm...I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form. 

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.
