I got an individual Spotify plan, when I connected, “MY SHAZAM” appears with someone else’s playlist. I want to delete his Shazam and add my SHAZAM playlist.

It's possible that you saved someone else's playlist so if you want to remove it from Your Library, just open the playlist and if it's saved there would be a green check mark, which you need to click to remove it.
