I never recieved ONE email notification/ push alert

All the settings are right and I see new song pop up in the notification section in the app, but I never had ONE push alert or email notification from Spotify.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.
 

You might have unsubscribed from mails in the past and that might be the reason for this. Could you please let us know if you're receiving e-mails when there is new activity on your account? 

In the meantime, we'd suggest that you log in on your account page > go to Notification Settings and double check if there is a little check markon E-mail and Push on the type of notification that you'd like to receive.
