I used my giftcard on the wrong account. What can I do?

I wanted to give my daughter Premium for the holidays, but I didn't know that I was logged in in my own account because I did this on the website (not the app) on her own tablet.

As @geovanebento mentioned, you can just redeem a card once. However, if the card was redeemed recently, you can contact our Customer Support directly, so they can review the account, and check if there’s another option to help you further. You should give it a try.
