Thanks for posting on the Community!

Could you try signing out from the app and then back in again? This action should resync your account info. You can also try logging into another device you use Spotify on to check if ads appear there as well.

If that doesn't do the trick, could you let us know if the ads appear at any specific points? Also, keep in mind that podcasts for both free and Premium users may include ads. They can be either host-read endorsements, sponsorships or audio adverts within the podcast track itself.
