Hey @poochini, welcome to the Spotify Community! 🎵

It looks like the screenshot is from a Samsung device. In the new versions of OneUI, this is called the Now Bar. Though, it is not possible to customise these, you can disable them for certain apps. Check out these steps:

1. Go to the device settings.
2. Locate and select Lock screen and AOD.
3. Find Now bar.
4. Go to Live notifications and tap View more.
5. Locate the Media Player on the options list and toggle it off.
