[Incorrect Label] VIVA

My Question or Issue

I'd like to report a incorrectly labelled artist in a track on a user made playlist (https://open.spotify.com/album/6mhCjA83BVrWE6vecO8Cma?si=kLNqdq9vRaORj34gUmrFIQ&utm_source=copy-link). The reason I mention the playlist is that it's the only place where I found this Artist on Spotify, but the tracks are still blocked either because the Artist is not on Spotify or the tracks are not available in my region.

The artist of some of the songs on this Playlist is Viva or Viva!, an Indian pop band from the early 2000s (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viva_(band)) but the Artist associated with the tracks on Spotify is another VIVA (I understand that it is a common band name).

Please look into it. Thanks!
