Is Spotify ignoring me?

Lately I've been sending in contact forms to Spotify for help on ceratin issues but they stopped responding. I'm wondering if their busy or ignoring me. Is anyone else having this issue?

I'd recommend reaching out to Support through one of the below ways. Make sure to include your 8-digit email case number in your message to them.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Please let me know if you've been talking to Support over Chat, Email, Twitter, or Facebook.

 

Also, I highly recommend keeping the correspondence in one place. So, for example, if you reached out to Support via Email (or any other channel), I don't recommend sending them a message on Twitter (or any other channel) as well as that could slow down the response time.

I have had this issue on twitter too, they go dark after I say something.

Ah I'm sorry! That's really too bad. It's pretty annoying and frustrating...

No problem. I've been contacting support through email and only email.
