Honestly amazing, the user experience peaked when it still had lyrics, which were then supposed to come back, month after month, never did. What was that, two years ago? Now lyrics are dead, messages are dead, half the features from the web app gone in a flash without even an announcement. Such a joke that we pay for the service and they actively make it worse, month after month.

Partial list of problems in Web App (as well as no lyrics RIP):

No partial albums in saved albums.

No ability to order saved music.

No ability to play saved arists, only followed.

No play queue!!!

No settings, inc. scrobbling.

No reordering playlists.

No drag and drop, making playlists much more of a pain.

No social feed.

No upcoming gigs for saved artists!! That was such a great addition to the service, just wiped out for me.

Can you see why I'm cancelling yet?
