It seems I can only “remove” myself from some songs on Spotify blends

I noticed a (-) symbol next to my name on some of the songs on my blend playlist. It seems to be away to remove your self from the song so people can’t see that you’ve listened to it (I’m sorry if that makes no sense) what’s confusing me is the fact that’s it’s only visible on some songs. Can anyone help?

Do you think it's possible that the songs without the minus sign are from the taste profile of the other users? Could you post a screenshot of what you're looking at so we can take a better look?
