No worries, if you have Premium, you can use Spotify around the world. Also, if you download your content beforehand, you don't need an internet connection to play it. You just need to follow these steps to listen to it offline. 

With the free service it's a bit different, you can use it abroad for up to 14 days. After that, you won’t be able to play anything. To continue using your account, you need to change your account settings.
