Just Take Spotify Off Roku Already

Spotify on Roku is terrible. 

• Never updated.
• Crashes constantly.
• Interface is from 2012.
• No Spotify Connect.
• And now they've taken away Playlists.

Just get rid of the app and save yourselves the pages and pages of complaints.

Or be honest with those of us who are paying $10/month about what's going on.

"Due to various technical challenges, the Playlists feature has been removed from the Roku Spotify app.

We do understand your concerns and are working with Roku on how best to move forward with this app. In the meantime, you can search for and play artists, songs and albums, and your playlists are always available on your other devices with our desktop and mobile apps.

Yep, I saw that, but I've been hearing this kind of stuff for years from Spotify in terms of their Roku app.

"We're working on it."

Just want a straight answer. Doesn't matter if it's good/bad news. Just own up to the fact that it is a terrible user experience.
