Keep getting error code 1 on spotify stations

I've been trying to listen to spotify stations on my phone. My mom has everything blocked on there so I couldn't google it or anything until later. When I was looking, nothing was popping up and I have no idea what to do. I use music throughout the day to not have panic attacks when I'm in bigger crowds. How do I fix this?

Thanks for posting in the Community!
I'm deeply saddened by the fact that I have to be the bearer of bad news, but Spotify Stations is now officially deprecated (change is live since 16.05.).
As an alternative though, you may use the Spotify Radio from the Spotify app.
