Lack of response from Merchbar

I am trying to get some of my Artist's merchandise displayed on their profile page.

I have attempted to get in contact with Merchbar multiple times over the course of a couple of months, and I have yet to receive any kind of response. I have signed up with one of my Artist's info a handful of times over the latter half of last year and have not gotten any kind of response at all.
