Leaving Spotify (no idea, just sharing)

I love the app, but my girlfriend and I are leaving for three main reasons:

1. Unfair payment to artists

2. The recent ban for artists who don't meet your reproduction expectations

3. No hi-fi music. This has been a pain, and from what I'm hearing, it's going to be really cool. Nevertheless, reasons 1) and 2) are enough for us to leave.

4. (and this is new) It takes time to get in touch with you all. You should add an option for instant feedback.
