Left sidebar isn't there?

My Question or Issue

I'm running the web browser in Firefox and the left sidebar just... isn't there. Like, the rest of the page is just fullscreen and there's no left sidebar at all. I've tried clearing my cache and rebooting, but it won't show up. Why?

edit: I'm running the desktop website through the Firefox app on an iPad. This sounds dumb but it works perfectly for other websites, and I've heard bad things about the app.

Thanks for reaching out here and welcome to the Community!

I see that you've already went through some good troubleshooting, but I suggest visiting this support page which offers a few more steps you can try to get this fixed. You could try another browser as well, preferably in an incognito or private window, and see if that makes a difference. 

We'd also recommend making sure you don't have any adblockers turned on.

Ok, I've tried 2 different browsers in regular and incognito, and turning off block pop-ups didnt do anything. Anything else I can try?
