My Question or Issue

We have 2 Lenovo Smart Clocks in the house. One is working fine. The other we will set up nd link to my son's Spotify profile and then the clock will switch to using my daughters profile. How can I stop this from happening?

Let's take a closer look at this. So! Keep in mind that each Lenovo Smart Clock needs to be linked to an active Google account that is itself linked to a Spotify account. Just to confirm, did you open the same Google account on both clocks? If yes, it's important to note that you can link just one Spotify account to one Google account.

The Google Assistant will use your default music provider when asked to play music, so if perhaps you open the Google account that is linked to your daughter's profile in the second clock, it'll play music on her Spotify account. That's why it'll be important to open your son's Google account on the clock that he's going to use and link their Spotify account to it.

If that's the case, we'd suggest to factory reset the second smart clock, so you can start over the linking process. You can follow this Lenovo guide to do it. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

My Question or Issue

Both my son and daughter have a Lenovo Smart Clock where they can play Spotify on. The problem is that they are both logged in on the administrator account instead of their own account. I don't know how to change this. 

Anyone have an idea? Thank you.
