Linking my spotify premium account to ps4

I have this problem eversince when im trying to log on my spotify account to ps4 after linking it alway says youre already linked. But when i used another account its working. I already remove my access linking to my playstation log out install re install. I dont want to enter a new account because its only 14 days trial. I want my premium account to be logged in but i cant. Because im using it in another country. Can someone help me with this issue? Its frustrating to me. Again and again doing the removing linking my account.
