My Question or Issue

Hi, everyone!

Today I had a live chat with a Spotify advisor but I didn't have a text box so I could answer nice to his messages.

My only answers were Yes and No given at the beggining by the support bot.

Is it just me having this problem on the browser or it's a common problem?

I feel really bad for not communicating with him and just giving a simple yes as answer. I couldn't even say a Thank you at the end of chat. :(((
