Local Music Not Even Showing Up on Phone?

Hey all, 

I'm using the latest version of Spotify for Windows Phone 8, and I'm having issues syncing local files. I've never had a problem with this before. 

In my playlist, it shows the playlist name and the correct number of tracks, however when I look at the playlist on my phone, the local files aren't even visible. They're not greyed out, they're just not there, despite showing the correct number of tracks in the playlist. Thus I can't sync the local files to my phone. 

I've synced local files to my phone before with no problem, I'm not sure what to do here. 

I've uninstalled Spotify on both my Mac and my phone, and I've even deleted the playlist and recreated it, but it didn't do anything. 

Help?

Don't think the WP-app supports local files yet

@Conker is correct, as far as I am aware local file syncing still is an iOS and android only feature.
