Logging into SONOS

I've seen a lot of posts stating that folks are having issues getting a Spotify password, but for me it work fine and I had a password within a minute. Unfortunately, when I try logging into SONOS, I keep getting a message that my login and password are incorrect. I'm using the same user name and password on my Win7 PC, Android phone, Android tablet and the login information works just fine. Any ideas where the problem lies?
