Lost Music, playlist, artists anything searched

I logged into my account yesterday and all my music I saved,downloaded for months is gone. Please tell me I can get it back. Not happy as a paying customer for ages.

Also account is as if I'm new and asking if I want 30 day free trial.

I've been paying premium for months

We know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, let's try a quick reinstall. Just follow the steps here.

If you're still having trouble, and you're also seeing Free when you should be seeing Premium, it sounds like you might be logged into a second account. We'd recommend checking out this article, to see if you have a second account.
