Loyal customer for years

I have been a loyal customer for years and I recently bought a new smart tv and it will not let me log in my Spotify on the tv it keeps saying there's an issue with my account. And of course there's no phone number to call someone to get ahold of this issue. If I don't get it resolved soon I will be switching from Spotify this is rediculous
