I recently tried to cancel my premium account and clearly was unsuccessful as continued to be charged for 2 subsequent months. On trying to rectify this I found the website difficult to find any real information on how to contact someone to sort it out. On eventually doing so I was only able to get 1 month refunded even though the fault was not my own it was a fault in the system. There is no email adress that you can contact, I tried a number of times to access the 'help submission form' and this redirected me to a sort of faq area which did not answer my query. I managed to access the chat who were helpful hwoever clearly only have so much power when resoving issues so you cant really go further than there.
